John Lyden is extremely unprofessional. After spending over an hour gathering information for him regarding my case, he wound up giving me the run-around and was eventually a 'no show' upon setting a date to inspect the damage. If he didn't want the case, that's completely fine, but he handled things in such an unprofessional manner that I would caution others to be highly leery of dealing with Mr. Lyden.
