If in could give half a star i would.. They talk to you like they are above you. Had 2 attorneys once you out them in their place and let them know they arent above you they dont want to helo you. Very unprofessional!!! Learn to treat people with respect PERIOD!!!!

Robert Defusco only had to get pictures of the cars to prove crimes had been committed against me and proved that I was innocent. He wouldn't get the pictures of the cars in efforts to help Newport Police get away with taking my wifes car and my medications. But old Defusco wouldn't even get copies of my perscriptions. Found out the hard way the Judge can court order them and I should have motioned for a change of venue and had the case moved to the supreme Court! This organization really need s to be investigated by the FBI. This office also gave my land to my newly wed wife of not even 3 weeks my land I had located at 4655 Corinth Rd. Berry Kentucky 41003. Again this Department seriously needs to be investigated! A Public Defender is suppose to be in the best interest of there client, but Old Mr. Defusco is clearly not! Thinking about getting a public defender...just Don't.. especially Robert Defusco.. Sloppy Old Drunk...who can't even afford a decent suit. Over 30 of being a lawyer and he's still a public defender what a joke!

When u need to get ahold of ur public \pretender\, u can't!!! They DO NOT return ur calls or keep phone appts!! U know EXACTLY NOTHING until the day u have to be in court & even then it's A BIG WHAT IF!!!! If I could give zero stars that would be my rating but u can't so they get 1!!!

A lawyer by the name of Robert Defusco worked or still works here refused me evidence pictures of the cars and copies of my perscriptions. Helps the police out! This man mentally breaks down his clients. This should never be We have the right. Not getting evidence isn t fair!
