Totally useless. Refused to even entertain a noise complaint against Nevill Hall Hospital, refused to follow their own procedures, achieved nothing with the parts of my complaint that they did review and finally just stopped replying. There is an outside company that oversees their work but PSOW will not allow them to investigate what they actually achieve, so that is useless too.

Shocked at reading how negative the reviews are. However it is my own experience. A sad case, bereavement and hospital. It has taken almost 18 months and still no closure. They have not listened to my GP/ AM or anyone about the extended delays which were not of my doing. Abysmal service and I am not contacted or updated. Biased and still ongoing. They refuse to speak and I am made to feel like dirt.

Waste of time. It would appear that they want you to do all the work! Putting in a second complaint as i write this.
