i'm giving 1 star only because I have to give something. Who do you file a complaint with against the PUC???? Take some personality training. It's amazing to me how people who are employed to work with the public everyday by phone to assist in resolutions with the utility companies have zero communication or empathetic training. This should be a requirement!! Not to mention that you are \following\ up on the complaint nearly 3 months after???? Get it together!! And don't be so RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They was quick to help and did everything in there power to correct a mistake the light company made.. the lady who helped was very sweet and nice!
