Call literally months ahead of time if you need something done. They will say \2 weeks\ or even \this week\ but, again, do NOT call if you need something done within a couple of months in advance, or possibly more.

Unprofessional and unaccommodating. Twice now, without warning, I've had PUD service employees unplug hardware from my home, such as a internet gateway box, causing me to lose connection during a timed exam. I desperately wish there was another PUD provider in the area.

Security & Customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. Closed for lunch 12:00-12:30.
