My book project turned out amazing! I loved how thorough they were with their condtant communication. Jackie took my project to heart and informed me when images weren't clear in the final pdf and helped me adjust the book to what i wanted. Overall, the time it took to get to me was about 2 weeks abd they inform you at every step of the process.
