My parents ordered a couch and glider chair in late August, gave them the money (paid in full) and have not received the couch. They were told maybe February or March. When my father asked to be compensated for his troubles they told him no that he received a VA discount and that would suffice. He was getting that anyway!! Meanwhile they have not had a couch for several months. They are sitting on lawn chairs made of plastic This is completely unacceptable! My family has shopped there for years and to be treated like this, especially when they took their money!! Be aware of this horrible experience and go to a larger store in Jamestown, or Buffalo and get treated better!

We were having a good experience when we were picking out carpet and ordering. Everything seemed great until the installation. Keep in mind, we aren’t living in our house and we have two kids under two. The installers left things in our house on that weren’t on to begin with (air conditioner, radio, lights), and the tack strip nails were sticking up through the carpet all the way around. My husband had to hammer them down himself. Two days after the carpet was installed, the seam started coming apart. We called, they came and looked at it and said it was because the seam was in direct sunlight and recommended we get curtains. They designed where the seam was going to go. They came and repaired it, and said they will replace it if it doesn’t hold up. Just not a good experience for a young couple with two kids under two years old.
