Katie was so lovely when I rang her. She’s very compassionate, let us have time with our beloved dog to say good bye and listened to our stories of her. She had a great range of caskets and urns to keep the precious ashes in and had it engraved. The premises is set in the idyllic country side and the perfect place to say good bye. Katie rang me the next day to collect my dogs ashes and was greeted with a warm welcome. 5 star service and as Katie is an animal lover she understood what we needed.
