This place is very lovely! I am a bit scared to go to unfamiliar placed to do my haircut for the first time. My friend recommended me to visit Bailey Jacobs. I am so happy and found that staff is really nice, i have enjoyed my time there while getting a great haircut! Will definitely go there next time!

I am very upset... got my nails done on Saturday and they fall off one after each other. The price i paid should assure me to have the nails last at least a months. This is embarrassing. Not to say that this procedure took 3 hours. Even they offered to fix it but what is the use when they keep falling off... No need. I am upset. I called them but they never got back to me... still waiting for an appointment. I am not the one who needs to chase... It is a nice place and everything and I felt very welcome but this is not the idea of a business if the actual product fails completely. 28/04/2016 Just and update: all nails fall off!

Even with a computer glitch and my booking not being on the system the staff were great. They put both myself and my son at ease and made the whole experience very relaxed and not stressful at all. We'll both be coming back.

Staff were lovely on my visit however I had some individual lash extensions done on a special offer and was charged full price which I did not realise till I left the salon. 5 days later the eyelashes looked clumpy where the glue was set and 3 small clusters from the outside in fell out, and more followed which meant that in exactly a week of having them done I was left with very uneven eyes. I had them done for a wedding on the Saturday as I was told they last over a month and up to two months. However 7 days later for the wedding i had sections missing on the outside of my eyes, when I contacted the lady I was told I’d be charged extra for infills 20 as it’s been a week exactly since I had them done. I’d already paid 40 and they had not lasted a full week! Very poor customer service!!

A lovely place with wonderful friendly staff who make you feel very welcome, offering refreshments and tailoring treatments to suit your needs.Had a great haircut and styling experience, enjoying every moment. Would definitely recommend.
