If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my hair done here a couple of weeks ago and they absolutely ruined my hair. I showed them a photo of the colour I wanted and I got something that I could have achieved myself by dipping my hair In a bleached toilet. I had my hair corrected elsewhere and they advised me to complain, they took photos for me and that's when I saw the full extent to how uneven and patchy Beechwood had left my hair. I messaged Beechwood on facebook to be continuously told that my *faulty goods* needed to be seen in the salon. I advised numerous times that my hair had since been corrected elsewhere as I would never volunteer to go back to Beechwood. The owner then became very rude and intimidating stating "it's clear all I want is a refund" (at no stage did I request this, i wanted to know the complaint procedure) in the end they just ignored my messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great place for a cut, staff are friendly and always do a good job...but I never get seen on time (always have to wait 10-15 minutes after my appointment time) which can be a bit annoying when u have 2 young kids to get home to. Otherwise would recommend!

Probably one of the best salons i have ever used. I have been coming here now for around 13 years. The staff are very friendly and exceptionally experienced, and all reasonably priced. Highly recommend them
