Appolling service, even when you book taxi well in advance drivers won't turn up. How they managed to get 5 stars is beyond me. Wise advice - do not use this Blueline Pudsey!!!!

Absolutely awful service. Was told the taxi would be 10 mins but arrived after 25. Had to stand in the cold with 2 young, poorly children. Rude, ungrateful, miserable driver. Unfortunately I can’t rate any lower than one star. Do yourselves a favour and use Arrow, Amber or Uber.
Execellent services and prices definitely be using again .
I did book a taxi yesterday. Today it came 25 minutes late!!! Absolutely awful!!!
