one bad apple can ruin your experience twice boots have now failed to re-order my medications yet they never take responsibility for the failure it is always the doctors office or the ad-locum. one member of staff is so rude will not listen to what you are saying doctor changed my dose to twice a day on the phone for a short period she did not change the prescription when I picked it up the women behind the counter would not listen to what I was saying just kept waving the paper prescription in my face saying it would not be re-ordered for 2 months just absolutely rigid in her attitude no customer service skills.

Great and Friendly staff always welcoming and helpful
The staff are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been having my prescriptions from there for years and they are always ready to sort things out and answer any questions. This is a wonderful community shop any pharmacy. Thanks to everyone there.
