I've seen Kathryn for a number of sports massages which were very thorough and sorted out all my aches and tight spots. She also now does beauty treatments including eyelash tints and lifts, tans, nails etc. so great to be able to go to her for everything. Such a professional friendly service in a lovely relaxed environment.

My 8 year old daughter has been going to Kathryn for some time. She is an Elite gymnast who trains 20 hours a week. Kathryn has been giving her sports massages to help my daughters muscles recover from intense training and to help prevent any injury. Kathryn is very experienced in what she does and i feel she has really made a difference to the impact of my daughters training. My daughter loves going to Kathryn. She is really friendly and really makes you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Kathryn was very welcoming and I felt at ease instantly. The Shepherds hut by her home is easy to spot and a lovely, relaxing environment. I had the swedish massage, it was wonderful and I would certainly recommend it.

A lovely relaxing little shepherd's hut, Kathryn is friendly and easy to chat to. I particularly enjoyed her Indian head massage, I've had 2 now and will definitely book again.

Recently tore my meniscus in my left knee and have been on and off crutches for 6 weeks. As you can imagine the muscles in my leg have been tight and my back aches from hobbling and being bent out of shape. I’m at the point where I can ‘walk’ without crutches but it’s hard, causes pain and constantly aches. I called into a local physio place to book a sports massage and I was booked in with Kathryn. Kathryn went over my injury with me so she could understand what I needed and then she worked on the areas that were causing me pain. There was no miracle cure, my meniscus didn’t grow back but when I got off the table I could move more freely and my levels of discomfort were massively reduced! I’ll be seeing her again in a week and I’ll be recommending her to all my mates at the gym where I teach!!
