Just got my newly purchased Hyundai today. With an empty tank. Literally at 0. I cannot drive it to the petrol station - luckily I'm not single in the middle of nowhere, at least my spouse could go and buy fuel and bring it home for my car. Service was friendly and the car itself is nice, but it is really unacceptable to con customers by not even having the courtesy to have at least a 1/4 tank of fuel so they can get to a petrol station to fill it. Disappointed overall because of that. If it were not for the empty tank on a newly purchased car, I would have given 5/5 - the other stars are just for the friendly service (from Ben) and quick delivery.
Good staff, decent selection of cars, fair prices
After searching for the car I wanted online I phoned and reserved it. Dealt with Ben, easy to deal with professional. I can highly recomend.
Incredible service provided by all members of staff i came across. They were very accommodating to all my needs, and answered the many question's i had for them! Will be coming back again in the future!
