We'd not heard of this place. But bought a car from them in 2014. Car was what we wanted. Price was about right. No pressure sales. Though we didn't get anywhere with our haggling attempt. Regardless no hassle. A full Six years on and the car has been great (so far touch wood), 50k miles and no issues whatsoever. September this year and I discover that we'd misplaced the sale receipt. Oh dear ! But not so. Phoned and a nice lad called Jordan emailed it across to me within a few minutes - it was after their billed opening time too. Top stuff. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

I picked up my car today from First4Cars and I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience before when buying a car. Not only was it extremely Covid safe, but Luke ensured that I had everything I needed and was clear in his communication. There were no pushy sales techniques involved. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Couldn't recommend using them enough.
Bought a car from here last week, really straight forward, the car was as expected on pick up, all the staff were great and not crazy pushy like some of the bigger known car places. Just left us to it and helped us out when we were ready. Would highly recommend

Ben made it very easy with the click and collect. Very relaxed way to buy a car as we had no pressure from Ben. Had good communication through out and Ben even made the time to try and find a car for my wife as well. So far happy with the car and hopefully there be no problems. Great service and will use them again.
