I cannot praise this practice highly enough. My mum, who is a temporary patient, has received outstanding, person centered care. All staff involved have listened to and managed to accommodate, all her needs and those of her family. We have experienced flexible support and always been listened to and advised as to the best course of action. Thanks whole heartedly to all concerned, you have made such a positive difference.

I'm really happy I chose to move to glen Lee surgery the doctor's are on the ball and the staff are great the only problem you car'nt always get to see a doctor when you need one

Family doctors for going on 27years. going since my mum was pregnant with me and now i take my son. every appointment is brilliant. Can always talk to someone or get seen 9/10 times. Prescriptions are easy to do and the reception staff are all lovely. Dr hesrnshaw is just a fantastic GP and has always been there for all the generations!

You can never get an appointment! I'm on medication that effectively 'switches off' my immune system so when I am ill it comes on quickly. I tried to get appointments for days and was getting very ill -I ended up having to call 111 to get 'triaged'. Only then was I suddenly able to be seen by a doctor and told I should've seen them earlier! All that happens is you are told to keep calling and see if an appointment comes up- it never does. I also keep getting called for blood tests that have already occurred. Not impressed.
