Great gym and staff, nice relaxed atmosphere, large room with free weights, machines and lifting stations, separate large room with plenty of cardio machines, also seperate room for more private training, seperate mens / women's changing rooms with showers.... Also offers training classes for endurance and fitness aswell as other activities... Very helpful personal trainers always there to help and advise and offer one on one training. All types of people go here from all walks of life from beginners to the advanced athletes.... Great place with free parking
