Hop have been amazing for the last 2 years, very responsive. They are really helpful when you need them, kind, friendly and very professional. I do want to point out that Billy is a great property manager. He has always helped us when we needed. Helped us through the hard times due to COVID. Got our repairs sorted as quick as possible. He is always friendly and professional. He is definitely a great part of the team.
I recently contacted HOP after having multiple issues with other letting agencies in Leeds and it was like a breath of fresh air! Millie was great and so supportive throughout and I really felt looked after. I'll be telling everyone I know to look to HOP in future as they were brilliant. Thanks again Millie.

Really good experience throughout the application process with HOP. Billy was really helpful in getting us booked in for a viewing ASAP, and Tom was pleasantly flexible so as to make sure we could have the 2 viewings we felt we needed. Millie also v helpful and responsive via email to ensure documents / paperwork correctly presented and re-done where needed. Much better experience than with other agencies previously.
