Opened late and had us waiting 20 mins after booking out 5 lengths of arcitrave to get it off rack but to be honest its usually same most times we go to all different branches

Wow! What a joke of a business. Damaged stock, trade counter arrogant and pathetic. Warehouse can’t locate a door if it fell on them. Don’t bother dealing with these numpties and go elsewhere.
