Had high hopes with this place. But it did not deliver. The food was nice, it didn’t knock my socks off, but the most alarming thing was the customer service. This was in the summer (a backdated review). There was a queue which was fine and expected, when we were seated, we placed our order. Everything was fine until time kept passing, it came to about just past 20 mins and no food. I went to the front desk to ask and the staff said she will find out. About five minutes later the what seemed to be the manager came over and said that they have run out of chicken and there will be a 10 minute delay. We said that’s okay and waited. Again, time passed and we asked, we were then informed it will be another half an hour!!! Absolutely shocking. We ordered some meat dishes in addition to chicken so requested if we can at least have the sides and meat dishes served as we are super hungry. The manager abruptly said no and was very dismissive of our request, he was behaving quite obnoxiously which left us with a bitter taste. It was also eat out to help out so we were kind of stuck, would have been a wait wherever you go. In usual circumstances we would have left by now. The food was served about an hour after we got there, which is appealing. Rude and terrible customer service. The least they could have done while we wait was to give some fries or drinks or salad, just anything on the house, but there was no consideration. Won’t be returning.

Not bad at all. Kids loved it. I had the steak and gor some deserts. Service was to a good standard. Decor inside was appropriate to the food they were selling. Overall good. Car park was a bit tight though.
Howdy's is a left only entrance from the bi-pass - Once this has been negotiated Howdy's offers a sightly restaurant takeaway designed to look like something taken straight out of the Wild West. There is ample parking in the grounds although the disabled parking should have been thought out more thoroughly. There are two disabled spaces with one side against the building making it problematic for any disabled passenger or driver depending on direction one is parking. The overall experience is great, the seating, the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the great food relatively priced. Recommended
Quite nice burger place. Prices are reasonable. Got car park. Cash only, but there's a cash machine in shop right next to it. No alcohol. Meat is halal. Kids friendly. We'll I enjoyed wearing cowboy hat as well so should be adults friendly as well , I guess, but not sure about that. Staff is very nice. Would give more stars , just not a big fan of burgers.
A nice theme. Lovely aesthetics and a big menu. The standard of the food is average at best. Although presented well, lack depth or flavour. Some portion sizes are upsettingly small. Prices are rather steep too. So overall,it can be an underwhelming experience. Kids will enjoy it though and wouldn’t mind the experience of it. Cash only policy.
