Our experience with Hunters Pudsey has been great, the process has been really easy with them and Kirsty is always there to help with any questions we have had. Although the circumstances at the moment are hard, it hasn't seemed to get in the way of getting great service, can't fault them at all! Plus we didn't get nagged by them when we went for a viewing, which was a nice change compared to the other estate agents we had viewings with!

I have recently moved into a rented property in Pudsey. Unfortunately I have experienced some teething problems which have been frustrating however these have been dealt with smartly by the team at Hunters Estate Agents Pudsey, particularly Amie Fernandes. Amie has responded to my communications with efficiency and professionalism and got these issues resolved. Amie is a credit to the business and doesn't make tenants feel like second class citizens because they choose to rent, which (speaking from experience) makes a refreshing change! Thank you Amie for all your help.

Change of tenancy, a lot to negotiate with the tenants and tidying up the place. The manager, Amie, is very efficient and understanding, most reliable and helpful agent I have ever met. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Sorted out all the problems efficiently and proactively. Relieved a lot of stress and worries.
Great service. I sold and purchased properties through Hunters and they were really good. Other reviews have mentioned the 20 week tie in which is a downside if you are wanting flexibility (but this is a corporate decision which the staff can't change). In terms of the staff at the Pudsey branch, they were really helpful. Particularly Kirsty who responded quickly and was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Despite a large workload she remembered personal details which helped build up a good customer relationship. The only other thing to note is that I do believe there isn't enough staff to cope with the workload. Despite Kirsty always responding to our queries quickly (& im so grateful) I did get the impression from others who I spoke with that they were incredibly busy. I do hope Hunters as an organisation address this. Overall though they were really great and I'd use them again. We did have to do some chasing, but I would expect this as they aren't a personal service to us, and they were always really quick to get back to us and always knew the answers. Kirsty also worked really hard to get the house sale and purchase turned around really quickly and I'm very grateful for all her hard work in doing that. Thanks hunters!
