I am a sufferer of IBS and have been for years always bloated, tired, no energy and felt really down with myself. I had my first colonic yesterday and feel amazing today. Would definately recommend to anyone! I was so nervous and scared on arrival but kirsty is fantastic makes you feel at ease talks to you through out explains things. Got a better understanding of what foods to eat and avoid. She is amazing can't wait for my 2nd session. And a massive thank you for fitting me in as quickly as she did x

InCleanse is not the professional, ethical company that it appears to be. In March 2017, I placed an online order for a test costing 150. I had to chase this up as after taking the payment, Incleanse did not send out the test kit. I sent the test kit back May 2017 and in November I received an email from Kirsty saying it had been carried out incorrectly and needed to be repeated at at a cost of 50. I replied with questions about the test and why it was so expensive as usually new test samples are free. The questions were not answered and I was told it was 'prepaid cost to Incleanse.' I then emailed the laboratory responsible complaining, who informed me the reason it had taken so long to be told a new test was needed (6 months) was because Incleanse did not respond to their emails about me and eventually did after 6 months. They also told me that they did Not understand why Incleanse was charging me 50 for a new test kit as they are free. In January 2018 I wrote Incleanse an email of complaint saying I would like a refund as the service is unacceptable. I received an email saying they would respond once they had been in contact with the laboratory. They never did. Now November 2018, I still have no test results or refund. Nearly 2 years after I ordered the teSt. I am now going to have to commence court proceedings to get my money back. As a single, very disabled parent, this is stress I could do without. This is is worst, unprofessional customer service I have ever received, it is completely unethical. Most companies would have refunded the cost given the poor, unacceptable level of service. Do not be fooled by the professional appearance, avoid at all costs.
