The lady who works here is wonderful, helpful and so lovely. The play areas are great for most ages and there is a separate area for the under 1s with lots of lovely sensory lights etc. Lovely food and drinks. Great prices too. Love this place.

Great little soft play for toddlers. Not too big that you lose them, yet plenty for them to do....with a ball pool, trampoline, block area and medium sized triple slide which my two year olds could navigate on their own. Nice sensory area for babies, although all the toddlers were envious of all the nice toys in there, so would have maybe preferred if they extended this area to under 3's only. Food basic but reasonably priced and enjoyed by all. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Had a party for our son's birthday on 21st February 2020. Met by an extremely rude and unpleasant woman \Evie\. Fifteen minutes before the end of the party she took it upon herself to round up all our guests and kick them out. The room was deserted some 10 minutes before the end of the party and she started cleaning before we had left because her daughter was coming to stay with her. She let a man and his two young coatless children stand outside in the driving wind and rain whilst they waited for their lift which was arriving at 6pm-when the party was actually supposed to finish. Told management, who stated that they thought that because Evie knew my wife 18 years ago when my wife was 17, this might have caused the sixty something year old to be over familiar. Aside from that they didn't care that we had been robbed out of 15 minutes playtime which was extortionately priced. The play area was filthy, tired and out of date the very rude, arrogant and unpleasant \party co-ordinator\ made matters even worse. 135 down the drain AVOID there are much better places to have a child's birthday party.
