Been going for a few months and immediately from doing my taster session I felt at ease. Great instructors who listen and helping you but who also push you to do more (which is what I need!) Great equipment, location and people! Can't wait to get my black belt!!

I went for information and they don't know what they are doing! They are charging an arm and a leg for training that is more likely to injure you than help you. Rediculous.

Friendly, welcoming and well worth the money! My daughter Isabelle loves it here! She has tried rugby and ballet, but we decided to commit to this, as the lessons she will learn are priceless. She’s only 3, but she is learning so much and really enjoys it! Would highly recommend.

Perfect for families! Spending time with your children is awesome. As an adult you’re never too old to learn new skills and as a child they just soak it all up from socialisation skills and self confidence, personal protection through to the AEGIS way with its laws and strategies that are relevant to both combat and life skills. I started 2.5 years ago with my eldest daughter (now 17) and within a month my 5 year old (now 7) joined in as part of our family membership. We support each other, train together and it brings us closer together. We love it!
