I would highly recommend Life & Care - always a professional and friendly service, with strict COVID procedures in place. I initially went for a 10 min assessment for lower back pain, then returned for treatment after discussing the issue. Over the course of the next year I was able to reduce my sessions from once a week to once a month. I wish I'd done it years ago!

I've been using Life and Care Chiropractor for two years now. Really great service. I had struggled with my lower back for a number of years. Initially I had a number of sessions to recitfy some immediate issues and now have sessions every couple of months to check in. I have noticed a significant benefit as I now rarely have any pain in my back and feel stronger generally. The environment is very friendly and warm. You really feel well looked after. Its been worth every penny for me.

After having various back, shoulder and knee problems from spending many years in computer chairs, being wonky and working as a tattoo artist, Mandeep quickly diagnosed my problems, straightened me up and has made living more comfortable. I was told by friends after the first proper session that I looked a little taller and after measuring myself I was swift to add another inch in height to my tinder bio. Yes it's a gradual process of sessions to allow your body to stay adjusted to your new godlike form but Mandeeps's easy going, humourous but professional personality makes it feel like you're just popping out to have a chat with your pal whilst he throws you about and cracks you up (literally). 6/5 stars.
