Although my original order was well packed, it was broken when it arrived. However, a replacement was despatched as soon as I notified the company and was fitted and working perfectly within days. Really top-notch after-sales service!

Terrible service would be an understatement as I haven't received any service. Originally ordered product in January. Over 2 months later the order still hasn't arrived.Trying to get hold of anyone to actually query the order seems impossible. I had an automated email approx 6 weeks after the order was placed to say the product has been dispatched yet 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. They don't respond to emails even though the phone message advises to email (the contact email on the website is incorrect). Approach with caution.

Sent an email for availability of a bulb for outside light, reply was quick so I asked if I could pick up as I live nearby which was agreed. When I collected I casually explained the light was a replacement for an elderly neighbour and that there have been burglars operating in the area recently, after realising I could not use my card to pay Neil proceeded to let me have the bulb for free rather than going to get cash. Will definitely be looking to use these guys in the future and thanks again for helping me make a vulnerable person feel safer.

Orderd lights for a job as showing in stock,no delivery arrived ,told items out of stock from their supplier.Not happy their site shows in stock item,site still says in stock now,I now have to let a customer down due to incorrect info on light shop web site.Not good for trade customers as you want reliability.

Have dealt with staff here on a few occasions. Their trade counter is great and they were more than helpful in locating specific lighting I was struggling to find. Can highly recommend.

Placed my order early October and was not initially made aware of any delivery delay. A few days later I was informed that the shipment was delayed for a week in Customs and I was offered a refund. On the basis it was only a week and out of Light Shop's control, I declined and waited for delivery. Unfortunately delivery took another 15 days and although the company eventually apologised, the service and communication was less than satisfactory.

I bought products through Amazon but couldn’t leave a review there. Light Shop Direct gave an excellent shopping experience, the product was right, the price was good and delivery was one day earlier than expected. What’s not to like?
