I attended a course in Shipley on August 11th. We have a 3 year old boy and an 10 month daughter and I also come into contact with babies and small children regularly through work. Even though I've done loads of adult first aid courses before, I still learnt some new things that are specific to children and babies and I would definitely recommend for anyone with little ones, or who has them on the way. Michelle is a great teacher; the pace of the class was slow enough that we didn't get lost, but it didn't drag on either. It helped to hear real stories from people who had needed these skills as it really hits home as to how important they are. Hopefully I will never need to use what I learnt for real.
