Used Northern Trade Windows 2 times now on my own property also had my parents windows and front door done. I found there fitting team very helpful and could not do enough. Excellent company will definitely be using them again come the summer.

I've used Northern Trade Windows at two properties now and they have been fantastic both times. Our most recent experience was for a period property that was particularly challenging, but following an extensive survey the windows have all been fitted perfectly and the results speak for themselves. Fantastic company and I will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their windows done.

Had a full house done , including 3 conservatory’s and doors . Service was not as promised and we have suffered leaks, blown windows , and now replacement of double doors due to faults. NTW are unwilling to reply or fix any issues . They never finished the initial job and left a large family paying out huge expenses. A piece of upvc from the internals fell down injury to our child , no real compassion taken and the fault still remains just that. Phil may has failed in his duties as have the team, and they’ve basically ripped us of by thousands. Rip of Britain should definitely investigate this shoddy company . My advice???? Don’t risk your money and certainly don’t be fooled by images on social media. Ripping off the disabled is lower than low!!!!!!!!!!

Northern Trade Windows did an entire window refit on our house about 7 years ago. At the time they did a good job and we were happy. However, over time there was some slippage on our bay windows which meant we couldn't open one window at all and some of the trims came off. Then at the back of the house, the patio door handle came off and we couldn't easily open or shut the door. That's when we gave them a call. Within two weeks it was all sorted. A guy came out and replaced the patio door handle within two days and then two blokes came and took the bay windows out, reinforced the bay with the latest metal rod supports and made everything ship shape again. And all without costing us any extra. All-in-all, a very high quality service. When we eventually get around to sorting a conservatory out - they'll be the first name on our list. Highly recommended.
