Have just had 2 external doors fitted by Steve and Devon who were very professional and friendly, excellent job from both done to a high standard and they cleaned up too. My house is truly transformed with the new doors which are of a high quality. Also Jo in the office who has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process from start to finish. Nearly forgot the thank you basket was lovely.Thank you PDS I am very happy with my new doors. I would highly recommend this company.

We wanted a new front door so searched the “Which? Trusted Traders” website for the top rated windows & door companies in the Leeds area. We chose PDS Windows because their website was very user friendly, and the “design your door” feature enabled us to easily design the front door we wanted (a great feature, especially during the current times whilst the showroom is closed). We submitted the design (a Saturday) and received the quote the following Monday. (Another local firm had a similar “design your door” feature, but it took a week to receive a quote – which was only a one liner telling us the price!) Jo in the office answered the various questions we had on email, and when James came to measure up it was very useful to be able to actually look at the colour and glass swatches. Our old front door had a very high lip/step at the bottom, which was a bit of a “trip hazard”, and we agreed with James’ advice to go for a door with a very low lip as there are also stairs leading up to the front door. When the door was fitted, a month later, the fitters arrived on time, were very friendly, and finished in under 2 hours, having done an excellent & tidy job. They showed us exactly how the LockLock handle/locking system worked, and told us to get in touch if there were any teething problems. The little gift hamper they left us was a lovely touch. Overall we are very happy with the front door and service we received, and would highly recommend the company.

Ordered and had two outside Solidor doors fitted 28/04/21..... and what a superb experience! The Solidor doors themselves are fantastic quality and would definitely recommend, love the slim profile. The purchase was smooth and what can i say about the fitting of the doors...far above my expectations. Steve & Devon were superb, you would not have known they had been it was that tidy when they left! Iwas really busy, but they checked with me before putting the standard brown sealant around the doors, as they clearly it would not go with my black and white theme!! Its those sort of things that make the difference. Would absolutely recommend from both a quality and service perspective. Well done PDS!

Brilliant service and quality product from start off getting a price, to the finished installation of the patio door. The fitters were very helpful and cleaned up after they had finished. The hamper given was a nice touch during these difficult times. I would definitely recommend the service.

Had our windows and doors replaced with a bay conversion done, may have taken a bit longer than normal due to Covid 19 and having integral blinds, but would recommend without a doubt. The lads were polite professional and cleaned up both inside and out. Even arranged for our cat flap to be sprayed black to match the door.
