Never more than one person on at lunchtime, so long and very slow queues. Limited opening hours so not suitable for those working. Have given up trying and either use Collect or drive to the little post office and convenience store at Woodhall Park

Well planned entrance / exit. Helpful friendly staff.
Went in around 2.30pm . There was no waiting and within 5 short minutes I had my driving licence renewal completed including having my picture taken. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Fantastic staff - had not realised but I left my driving licence at the counter and they returned it to me via Special Delivery. Got a knock at the door and the postman had my license. Thank you soooo much! Very surprised as I had no idea I had left it in the Post Office. Would have been turning house upside down trying to find it. :)
