I can't recommend Rachel enough. She is fabulous! From start to finish she made me feel at ease and advised me on lots of different styles. I was quite indecisive about what style to choose but Rachel helped me every step of the way. She is a super talented stylist and very professional. I can't recommend Rachel enough! I was really nervous about finding a hairdresser for my wedding day, I'm super fussy about my hair and it's naturally very curly and frizzy and I've struggled finding hairdressers to tame it. I found Rachel online and after reading her amazing reviews I booked her. I wanted Rachel to get to know my hair so had been using her as my regular hairdresser for 6 months before the wedding. I need not have worried because after my first session my hair has never looked so good. She knows exactly what she's doing and more importantly really listens to what you want. In the end I had complete trust in her and my hair was the ONLY part of my wedding day I didn't need to worry about as I just knew Rachel would do an amazing job. My little flower girls looked so cute and I gave Rachel freedom to do whatever she wanted which was definitely better than anything I would've chosen! As well as being an amazing hairdresser don't underestimate the importance of having someone cool calm and collected on your wedding morning. Rachel was the most calming supportive person you could ask for on the most important day of your life! She kept me calm when things were going wrong and it really felt like she was part of the family. It's honestly the best decision I made when planning our wedding and I have total confidence other brides will feel the same!
Being a wedding photographer, I get to see A LOT of wedding hair stylists. Planning my own wedding whilst continuing to photograph others weddings, meant that wedding suppliers that I was coming across, were showcasing their work to me, with the possibility of me booking, without them even realising. (Sneaky!) I first came across Rachel about a year before our wedding and I knew then that I wanted her to do my wedding hair. Rachel listened to the bride, was creative, flexible and approachable and she stood out to me instantly against all the other hair suppliers that I had come across. Fast-forward to our wedding and Rachel did not disappoint. Rachel worked on my hair and my 4 bridesmaids hair and all 5 of us absolutely loved the finished product. She worked confidentially with the different hair types, she listened to our thoughts and ideas and was adaptable whenever we asked her to be. I had a trial with Rachel which put my mind at ease and on the day I let her work her magic to come up with a perfected hairstyle which showcased the relaxed, boho vibe that I had dreamt of. I cannot recommend Rachel highly our loudly enough. I have already passed on her name to numerous Brides-to-be and will continue to do so. Rachel stands out to me as one of the best, modern, wedding hairstylists around. I would not change a thing from my experience of booking her and should I ever need a hairstylist again then I will 100% be calling on her expertise. Thank you Rachel for my wedding day hair.
