No stars ,as Gareth didn't turn up as arranged on the day arranged .A lack of communication from the said Gareth was most disconcerting. We have to go through the whole process again of getting a quote and arranging a day for the work to be done . To date ( 3 days after fit day ) we haven't heard anything .Not an apology or an explanation . Don't bother even getting a quote from these \cowboys\ ,an utter waste of time .Had to give 1 star to be able to post this . DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE
