So extremely disappointed with the service from Dave Hanson. We have been let down a number of times by him. Rarely responds to calls, texts or emails and when he does answer he always has a reason why he cannot complete a repair on work completed by his team, or even worse doesn't turn up to agreed appointments. We had the roof turned by his team and later needed a repair which he said wasn't a big job. He is aware there is a leak from the work they did, causing the problem. Still not had the repair even though it is completely external work which he said wouldn't take him long.
