The heart and soul of Pudsey. I live in London so only visit every a few times a year but I always find the staff to be friendly, welcoming and very helpful. My mum hasn't been out and about since last March but the assistant asked after her only the other day and then when I passed the window the following day she gave me a friendly wave and a beaming smile. They say 'Charity begins at home'. And when I pop in I always definitely feel at home.

The assistant needs to learn respect and better manners when dealing with customers,especially one who donates to the charity by direct debit.
Love the shop but yesterday (11/6/18) i was disgusted at the womans comment behind the counter. In short comment was "no tickets on things today, everything 1, no returns, but then why would anybody bother to bring anything back for a measly pound, i mean you just wouldn't would you, " obviously this woman has never struggled! She shut up when i told her we had to live off 11p tins of rice pudding 19 years ago!
