Rude unhelpful man downstairs, was looking for a local pet store to start filling my 200L tropical tank which would have earned someone a few s. I guess it won’t be here as other stores Maidenhead/Pets at home are a lot more helpful. Also seemed quite expensive too. Try elsewhere before here!

Shocking there is a 10 minimum spend on card during Covid19. Not only is this not a covid friendly business, it is a con. 10 minimum! The item I wanted was 2! Customer service/owner somewhat rude also.
Great friendly place with all the usual stuff plus a bit downstairs for reptiles and fish. Lovely couple who run it, very friendly and helpful.
