Was recommended by a friend. They have a great selection of carpets reasonable prices. Their prices includes grippers, door plates and underlay! Just fitting price is added on top. When I was first in-store the accountant actually helped me choose some carpets. She gave me some good advice about carpets to go for and talked about the thickness of carpets. Timely from start to finish. Phil came round to measure for a quote and brought some samples from the store which was really useful. The guys on day of fitting were good and helped take a bit of the door off as well. Really happy with them and have booked them in again to do another roomstairs.

I can't comment on the quality of service, but I'm really unimpressed with the communication (or lack thereof). Two missed appointments, no notice given in either case. First appointment was rearranged after I followed up with them, having not received the call back that I'd been told I would receive. Haven't heard from them at all in relation to the second visit. Disappointed as I was keen to use their services after receiving a recommendation and reading various highly positive reviews. I think three stars is overly generous, but I don't want to foul their rating from just my experience.

We have just had our new carpet fitted by Phil and his team, fantastic job and fantastic price. a tricky job due to size but tackled well, would highly recommend there service from start to finish.
