Awfull experience can never get an appointment phoned this morning at 0800 no appointments till following monday explained about my daughter having a bad cough reply from receptionist nothing really they can do about a cough and try the pharmacist explained we already had who are these people that feel they can judge on a 9 year olds health absolutely shocking

If you want a rapid resolution to any paperwork whatsoever then avoid this surgery. We have been waiting for the doctor to share reports for the past 5 months and there are still no signs of progress. All the staff can tell us is ‘it’s with the doctor’ - well yes, it has been since last year! I know the doctor is busy but 5 months (and counting) is ridiculous!

Not happy with this surgery, mum has dementia now and these people are not nice and don't seem to have time for her now. Have a bit of respect, and time for your patients and a smile would be nice it's Your job.

Lovely friendly receptionist on the phone.excellent customer service from her.my father is in a care home in farsley and Sunfield medical practice looking after him.the doctor who is looking after him also very caring and promptly called to see him when I mentioned I was worried about my fathers health.
