First time I’ve used the Toolstation at Pudsey and I have to say they provided a great service. They kept hold of my online order for over a week, were very helpful when I can to pick up my order and even helped me to the car with my purchase. All the staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely go there again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Especially from the General manger, I believe his name was Joe. I was after a hammer and he recommended a roughneck ball pein hammer. It fulfilled my hammering needs, so thank you Joseph.

I needed a replacement washer to fix a problem with a leaky sink. Due to all the covid-19 restrictions this proved harder than it should be. After visiting B&Q and screwfix but having no luck I decided to try toolstation. I didn't have high expectations when I went into the store but Amy and Sarah (I think those are the right names) were extremely helpful. They located several different washers for me to see if we could find one the right size and they even had a look online at other nearby stores to see if they had any in stock which would be suitable. Eventually they found one for me that looked like it would work and it was perfect for the job!
