We had the verisure alarm installed last week and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the products and the service. Staff were polite and knowledgeable and talked through the system with my wife and myself. I work away a lot so it’s inportant that my wife feels safe when I’m away, she does now. The price is very fair for the peace of mind we have and I’ve recommended this to others.

Product seems reasonable enough, however sales staff unprofessional. You can't expect someone to shell out that amount for a product when the sales staff are unprofessional. I actually still feel uncomfortable about it. First sales person arrived for security to assess our "risk level". I have no idea what the intention of this was as this didn't take into account the changes already made to enhance the security of the property nor was the result shared or explained to me. Then we had to wait for the team leader to arrive, who when they did arrive made several comments about how they were not supposed to be working, made repeated accusations towards myself and my family which were untrue and totally unprofessional and to be frank completely irrelevant. After they left, i decided not to go ahead, the product did look good but it wasn't right for me at this time. On the monday i had 7 missed calls from the company, which was the final straw to me. So they have lost that sale I'm afraid. Completely unprofessional and I don't appreciate being hassled by repeated phonecalls either.
