Took my kokoni for castration on friday and requested a surgical vest as i have another dog so the cone would not of stopped my other dog licking his wound. I paid 30 extra for this only to be told the small vest wouldn't fit but the one they provided was too big. We was home less than an hour when i caught my boy licking his wound, i took him back to Pudsey where i was given a cone and told i would not be allowed a refund as the vest was now soild. I asked why this was given it was there fault the vest didnt fit. The manager then told me it did and would not issue a refund. The 1st photo is the vest provided by Pudsey and the second, a vest i purchased myself. The 3rd photo is one taken 2mins after putting the vest on for the photos.

First visit to a vets staff friendly and looked after my puppy, would definitely return.
Safety rules regarding covid have been respected. It was easy to schedule the appointment. My cat was treated well. The vet was very patient with me, even though I didn't speak English well.
