One of the best and friendliest business networking groups I attend. Tracey and Ian are great facilitators and make sure everyone is heard. Even though they are based in Yorkshire, they even welcome a Glasgow boy like me (The wonders of Zoom) If you haven't attended yet then give it a try

I am a proud member of this networking group, in my capacity as Community Fundraiser at Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity. I was looking for a group that is not formal or referral-led, and I found it! All the members are super-supportive of each other and, as a result, great relationships are formed. The interactive format of the meetings works really well and everyone gets the chance to meet each other. We have a topical presentation every week from an expert and, at the end, a question from the speaker is posed, discussed in small groups and ideas are fed back to the group. Hearing everyone's different perspectives and feeling safe to share your own thoughts is a key part of being in this group. Outside of meetings, We Are In Business and its members have been a massive support to our charity, with events, advice, training and our very own In Business Has Talent Show. I cannot endorse this group enough.
Excellent format, comprising intros, breakout rooms, guest speakers and topical discussions! In Business is a cracking networking event for those wanting to both showcase themselves and really get to know the other businesses in the room. Wonderful vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Tracey & Ian!
A real community of fantastic business owners. I get loads of value from this group at every single weekly session and from all the support that's provided to members 'behind the scenes'. Perfect for anyone who is looking for their 'tribe', as well as networking. Plus Tracey & Ian are awesome!
In business comes over as a great group of businesses all trying to help and support each other with the added benefit of the facilitators backing it all up and created great relaxing but productive meetings. A very friendly and supportive group of business owners covering a diverse range of business sectors. Both Ian and Tracey work hard to ensure that the meetings are very well structured with a high calibre of guest presenters each week.
I first joined In Business in Jan. I joined because it was full of really friendly supportive people who are keen to collaborate, share ideas, promote your business plus much more. I would highly recommend coming along and seeing for yourself how good the members are. The networking is works great both face to face and zoom. The format is fabulous with networking meet and great, learning point from guest speakers and / or experts in their field plus member spotlights.. So not just ordinary networking !! We Are In Business Leeds are a fantastic network which is so well organised especially since we had to go online. The businesses involved are very helpful and we as a business get a lot out of this network. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey and Ian Earl to any business.
