Rude and obnoxious manager and staff all need sacking!! They lie about the prescriptions not been ready when the doctors have sent them. Constantly putting the phone down when your trying to order your tablets claiming he cant hear me or something wrong with my phone!!. Yes I am disabled but doesnt give you the right to speak to me like rubbish. I have reported this to the ombusdman . You all need re training on customer service or need the sack. Glad I have swapped pharmacist from today.

Constantly hanging phone n disconnecting
Went into the Pharmacy this morning. Pharmacist on duty completely ignorant. Came over like he was going to serve me picked up the TV remote instead to turn the TV up then walked off without acknowledging me in any way at all. He caught my eye when he returned to his work bench still with no acknowledgement. Very rude i walked out in the end.
Pharmacist is so arrogant and doesnt have one care about peoples needs. A bully towards people who are their to help themselves too. Does nothing but talk about his customers in a horrible manner.
Very well done brilliant service and they text when your medications ready
