The Pudsey team at William H Brown handled the sale of my Dad and his wife's house. They were excellent to deal with from initial house inspection and valuation, through to completion. Within a few days of going live the house had around 25 viewings booked and my dad and his wife accepted a great offer above the asking price within the first week.
