Really really bad experience and I genuinely feel so upset, we have waited almost four weeks for this appointment and been so excited to get a phone call today to say they are cancelling our appointment because one of the staff members have been coughing I mentioned I am already quite far on and that the only appointments we can do is a weekend. They said they wouldn't be moving or asking anyone if they could move there appointment on a Sunday to fit us in ( at least try for us but they wouldn't ) they was really rude and just not bothered at all they wasn't helpful with trying to re arrange for us and staff members was really rude - it is also going to be a good couple of days before refund is returned to us. I would never recommend!!!

Third time using their service today. First two appointments were fine, we came for the early scan after being recommended to by the hospital and nothing to complain about but I can't recommend coming for the 4D scan and video at all. It wasn't really their fault that the baby wouldn't pose but it was so pointless I really wish we'd just stayed home and saved ourselves the time and money. I've put the best scan photos of the bunch on here so you can judge for yourself if you'd want to pay 70 for this, safe to say we won't bother wasting our time watching the videos online. So be warned, you might end up with a lovely picture and video of your child or you could end up with a picture of a hand. There's no second chances. Good Luck

We tried Window to the womb because the misses was impatient and couldn’t wait another week for her NHS appointment to know the sex of the baby. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable . They took about 20 minutes, but we were only in the scan room for about 5 minutes. Reason for the 4 star review is because of the price, a lot of money for what you actually get. I wouldn’t be going again for a 2D scan. Considering going for a 3D scan soon!

I cannot believe how amazing this place is, went for a wellbeing with 4d scan today and I still can't get over the experience, myself and my husband are extremely impressed. We were the last clients of the day yet the staff members did not rush us at all. Selina, Chamara, and the Sonographer Emily were all so friendly and polite and made me feel special, they are a true credit to the business. The sonographer explained everything in detail, and even positioned me on my side to try and get the best images of baby... they came out prefect, I'm in awe. The premises is spotless and well presented, and their covid distancing is extremely reassuring. I will most definitely recommend window to the womb to all my expecting friends and family.

Amazing service, so friendly!! Even though my baby didn't want to stay still, they took their time and kept trying. I have been convinced it was a girl but to find out it's a boy, I'm over the moon!! Thank you so much every one, and merry Christmas. Will be back again soon!! Highly recommended!!
