I recently approached Mick to see if he’d be able to help me replace the back patio door into my rental property. Very quickly, Winter Products submitted a suitable solution for a very fair price, so I enlisted their services. The person who installed to new door was a credit to Winter Products and after inspecting the finished item, I rang Mick to express my satisfaction. Professional Quality Products, Service and Installation. The quality and the superior security aspects of the windows and doors were impressive, but what was really different was the detail of the survey when their fitter came out to measure up. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing and pointed out some structural problems that would be sorted when the new windows and doors were installed (Missing lintel over the Patio doors and re-pointing of the brickwork around and above a number of the other windows) I work in the retail sector and understand the importance of quality products and just as important, quality workmanship, we could not have asked for better, the attention to detail and quality of the work completed is second to none, we are really pleased with the finished result. If you are looking to replace your windows and doors, look no further you will not find a better quality product or quality of workmanship anywhere.
We had all of our windows and doors replaced and used Winter Products as the manufacturer following a recommendation. The advice provided was really useful and the service and speed of manufacturing exceptional. Overall we are completely satisfied with the windows and doors. The new porch and two windows we ordered from Winter Products are absolutely perfect. They look amazing, particularly the porch door with the arched decorative central panel in it. The porch is fitted into a pre-existing brick arch, which was expertly measured and fitted perfectly by the tradesmen sent for the job by Winter Products. These tradesmen were incredibly good at their jobs, making sure all joints and edges were perfectly neatly finished off, and they cleaned up so well after themselves that it was impossible to tell that there had ever been any disruption. Lastly, I can't quite believe the difference in the sound quality given by the new windows. Living next to a reasonably busy road this is very important and there has been a real improvement. I can't thank Mick Winterburn and the Winter Products team enough for their services!
