Wrost experience in my life..it took 4 hours to covering just 73 km. Cuddalore to vadalur , Neyveli, viruthachalam route instead of that they going to Chidambaram for parcel...even TNSTC unserved bus will reach 8 hours from Cuddalore to coimbatore but Am in bus I boarded at 9:10 pm now time is 2:20 am and still can't reach salem...5 hours travel and still not reached salem from Cuddalore then y I should book bus to travel

Bangalore to Pondicherry They had a nice Bus first and we were happy to travel in that but they changed it at the pickup point and we boarded the shabby looking Bus and it was stinking. So poor transport.
Really Poor!! During my travell from VELLANKANNI to BANGALORE that started at 7pm (19th jan) in PY01 CW 5999, driver stopped the bus at 11:30 for dinner break in the middle of a Highway where there are NO hotels open or restrooms around and expected the passangers to use highway side or Jungle and stay starving, no passenger could eat anything or could go to a proper restroom. Later it was noticed that it wasn't a break, it was a stop to upload some luggage on the highway. A1 travels needs to look into this seriously as this is not the way to treat customers after we have paid our hard earned money to big brands like A1 travels. I wouldn't recommend A1 bus services for Friends & Families ever.
It's probably the worst sleeper bus I have travelled in. The bus does not have safety bars and the driver is unruly. When the bus is scheduled to leave at 10:30, they leave at 10:23 under the pretext that 10:15 is the reporting time. Luckily they have to take a u-turn a little after the main bus stop to exit the city so 6 passengers who would have otherwise missed the bus were able to catch it on the parallel road. They speak as if they are doing passengers a favour by taking them to their preferred destination.
The journey was good but everything is ok can improve in timing
Worst choice you could ever make! We were asked to wait in a highway road with no office space or waiting space around! They came about an hour late and the bus stunk of alcohol!! Coz one of the passenger who boarded in pondicherry was head to toe drunk and the responsible ppl didn't bother to sort out the situation! We boarded with our kids and it was a nightmare with alcohol stink sprawling In a ac bus all night! Please don't pick this service if you want a decent journey!
Punctuality and the fare is unbeatable. Very good service, if improve cleanings in bus, billow cover and bed, it would add one more feather in the crown.
