One of the worst places for dinner. Service very bad. Zero cleanliness , especially near wash area. Food takes forever to arrive.. Confused staffs.. And more importantly , worst attitude by the Social media team.. Please try to take reviews in good spirit and do something about the criticism , instead of teaching us how to review!

Everything tastes fine but the service needs to be improved, most of the things in the menu was not available and that's a disappointment. They present the food in a good way and that's an up. Ambience is good. Price is quite high and the food quantity is ok.

We went to this place on a Saturday afternoon, after seeing the good reviews. But the restaurant is PATHETIC. They have 3 people to serve about 8 tables and 50-odd people. It took ages for them to provide us with water, and take our order. The waiters also doubled up as the juice-cooks, adding to a tremendous amount of delay in providing any sort of food or drink. We called them beforehand and they said all of the lunch menu is available till evening. When we reached there, they said Biriyani, Fried Rice etc are not there and asked us to adjust. Finally, we left the restaurant, hungry and heavily disappointed with the service. Please hire more people and don't squeeze the hell out of the existing workers - they too are humans and they deserve some peace in life. You can't expect a single person to do the work of 3-4 people.

A good restaurant situated next to Providence mall. This hotel's is favourite Arabian food. Don't try to eat Bamboo biriyany. The only minus thing is, the staffs are not polite, Serving takes minimum 30 mins. Even if you need water you have to wait atleast 10mins.
