Product reached earlier than mentioned, arranging the installation was also fairly easy. The operation is easy, and the water taste can be adjusted too. Took a while to get used to the water taste and getting the adjustment right, but now we've been using the product for just over a month and really like it.

Using it for 3 months as of now. No issues. No smell in water since day 1 of installation. However as surveyed in the market, internal components cost more than others. water taste good

Item was delivered well packed scratch free .parasuram called me for installation and the job was done to my full satisfaction. It is indeed a fantastic product.

Calling them since 10 days to attend a fault.. till now no one came. Even there is no response from the owner of the shop. They disconnect the phone. Worst experience and the worst service. My product is still under warranty period.. worried if the warranty expires... Think twice before choosing this store.

Am using products of this brand since 10-15 years. Earlier used its vacuum cleaner, aquagurad total inova etc. This ones an upgrade from previous iNova model. So based on previous experience with aqua water purifiers water quality, service & durability of products they offer, it was an easy decision. Both earlier products still working fine.

Very worst response. Only looking for sales. Not ready to provide service, then why you people are selling the products and give fake commitments to your customers. I several times called for service and also directly went to office and wrote my address on the notebook but not even they called me or came. How much time should I call? Very worst. Any one don't buy here and suffer like me.

The product is good,fast response from eparasu ram for installation.installed within 2 working days as promised.the quality of water is also good. Only drawback is it is drainingout very huge amount of water as waste water . For filling a tank of 6 lts it waste around 18 lts of water..it may b the demand of technology ..if the company's R&D team could reduce the quantity of waste water then it will b perfect in all respect.

The product is good, but make sure that you have all the accessories in the box. The list of accessories are 1) 2-Connecting pipes 2) Power adapter with a plastic holder 3) Pressure contral valve 4) Screws
