Cleanliness wise the hospital is good. Attenders can stay and visit till 10 pm in night. The doctor does not speaks much. Even the nurses doesn't explain what next. Felt they are over charging. Rs.40000 to 50000 for normal delivery. Also they charge very much for the medicine and post delivery checks. We are shocked when they asked to pay Rs. 8000 for the first month vaccination. A combination of five vaccine, Which is costing Rs.2500 roughly in other private hospitals and clinics. Those who are not bothered about the expense can choose this place. Strictly not a hospital recommended for middle class.

In the same day last year my first baby passed away after one and half days in incubator at critical condition. Even after one year I can’t accept it. There may be many reason behind but the Ashwini hospital and the doctor are also main reason. We have consult the doctor for nine months. As we are first baby carrying, the doctors should give proper advice, care and kind consultation for the good health of mother and baby. Just for the duty and money sake the doctor check the report and write the tablet and also showing attitude. So my kind advice to you is search the Good hospital and check the reviews Of hospital and doctor, then Consult with the doctor that how the doctor is kind, Gives care and good advice. So that you can have good healthy baby with mother. Never hear the relations recommended hospitals where the same mistake I have done blindly. Still now I never reviewed anything, this is my first review. All the best to you all.

This hospital is the worst I have ever seen. 1. Dr. Chithra Banu is not knowledgeable. When I took my wife by 6th week, the doctor gave a very wrong information stating that the heart beat of the baby inside the fetus is very low (113 FHR as per the scan report) and she marked that it should be between 140 to 160 FHR. This is incorrect. When I searched over the internet, the average heart beat for a 6 weeks baby is just 110 FHR. I doubted and did a scan in another hospital, they said it is absolutely normal. This kind of wrong information disturbs us and puts us on deep sorrow. The doctor also asked us to visit again in 20 days to do a rescan. This is clear form of looting money. 2. No debit/credit cards or UPIs accepted in this hospital. Just cash. There are no nearby ATMs too. Such a lot of black money. 3.They will make you sit for a whole day to collect the scan report. Other hospitals give the scan report within half an hour. This hospital takes 3-4 hrs and asks us to collect by evening even if the scan was taken in the morning. Dear doctor, learn to treat your patients on a service motive. Not with money motive. Listen to the patient and talk to them gently and try to give them confidence. Patients are stepping in your hospital with a lots of hopes and questions in thier mind. Allow them to talk to you and be responsive too. Let them step out with happiness. Do not use the same templates for everyone. I think you are preparing the prescriptions well in advance before you consult the patients. Pathetic! You dont know the FHR of a 6 weeks baby. Shame on you. I would suggest people to avoid this hospital. There are better ones within the city. Overall, I will give 1 out of 10. Such a bad experience.

Both my children were born in Ashwini hospital, doctor's reaction was pathetic, they will never give bills for payments, no bills should be provided for the customers, fully business minded & exposing attitude, she thought that she is the only doctor in the world, who is named as chitra banu
