Very very worst in customer approach. Staffs & manager was only concentrating in money collection only . Don't have time to listen the customer queries and not ready to answer customer . Please approach other finance service and NOT Bajaj Finance. Everytime the reason they say is cheque bounce , signature mismatch.

The way they treat customers like disgusting . Even the RBI told don't pay the emi for 3 months but they not listen and make penalties during this lockdowm period. There penalties were 50% of there emi amount were they collecting.worst ever finance company
